Each tablet contains:

Choline (as Choline Bitartrate) 185 mg.
Calcium (as Dicalcium) 30 mg.
Inositol 50 mg.

Betaine HCI 25 mg.
Artichoke (leaves) Extract 20 mg.
Barberry (root bark) 20 mg.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults one tablet 3 times daily or as directed by a health professional.

Yellow spots are normal and are caused by Turmeric (Curcuma longa).
